Keap provides you with the tools to create professional looking quotes and invoices to ensure that you get paid. Managing quotes and invoices is made simple with automatic reminders and email notifications.
You can access your quotes through the billing dashboard. Here you will see the quotes with their accompanying status such as draft, accepted, invoiced or both accepted and invoiced. You can add any relevant notes to a quote, as well as terms and conditions. When your client hits the accept button, the status of the quote will change to “accepted” on your quoting dashboard.
When you create an invoice, you can request a deposit, add any relevant notes specific to the invoice, and include terms and conditions. You can also add a payment to the invoice by clicking the “add payment” button.
Your client can click the “pay now” button from their invoice to provide their payment details, and Keap will process the payment for you.
